StucDeco
StucDeco is a hard, joint-free plaster with a mineral-like appearance. It offers a decorative finish that mimics mineral concrete, with subtle variations in tone. This ‘maleable natural stone’ combines elegance, strength and scratch resistance. Its appearance can range from a smooth, glossy tadelakt-style finish to a matt, more nuanced Granito-style finish.
Textures
StucDeco consists of several layers of stucco paste applied on top of one another, which may be polished if desired. Once polished, StucDeco has a silky feel and reveals a wider range of color nuances. The final appearance depends on the craftsman’s skill. As mineral finishes are applied by hand and depend on the substrate, technique and lighting, we always recommend producing a sample beforehand in order to accurately assess the desired final result. The illustrations provide a representative idea of the possible textures, but are for guidance only.
For optimal adhesion, use StucPrimer; in wet rooms, apply a waterproofing coat. A suitable topcoat (PU StucVarnish 2K, Uniwall 1KPUMatt or Uniwall Wax) is also required. As for tools, you will need a mechanical mixer (mixing bowl), clean mixing water and a Venetian or Japanese trowel.
StucDeco is a high-end decorative mineral product in powder form, made from lime and cement. It consists of several layers of Stuc paste applied one on top of the other and, where appropriate, polished. The result is a film-forming finish that is easy to maintain, scratch-resistant and waterproof.
The choice of protective coating depends on the level of wear and tear the surface is subjected to: for surfaces under heavy use (such as floors, shower walls and worktops), we recommend using PU StucVarnish (2KPU). For purely decorative applications, you can opt for Uniwall 1KPU varnish or Uniwall Wax. Furthermore, Stuc HardWaxOil can also be used on floors and walls, provided that the colours are not white or off-white.
Always carry out representative test applications beforehand.

To achieve the best result, craftmanship is essential.
