Textures
With Remix, our authentic mineral look is preserved. The product formulation has been developed to retain the characteristic mineral appearance. Remix applies perfectly seamlessly, resulting in a uniform, sleek finish.
The images provide a representative impression of the possible textures, but are for guidance only.
For application, you will need Remix Natura and a Stoopen & Meeus pigment of your choice, or Remix pre-coloured (packaged in 4 or 8 kg packs). StucPrimer is also required to ensure the correct system build-up; a protective coat is not usually necessary. Only for worktops, furniture and kitchens a coat of 1KPU or 2KPU is recommended, depending on whether the area is subject to heavy or light use.
In terms of tools, you will need a Venetian or Japanese trowel.
Remix is a versatile, decorative, ready-to-use matt plaster for finishing interior walls, furniture and ceilings; it is based on mineral fillers and is polymer-bound.
A protective coating is not usually necessary. However, for worktops, furniture and kitchens, a coat of 1KPU or 2KPU is recommended, depending on whether use is intensive or light.
Always carry out representative tests first.
Remix can be applied to virtually any stable and load-bearing substrate, provided that a coat of StucPrimer is applied beforehand.
