Project information
For Fundament Vastgoed’s new premises in Harelbeke, Studio Fraan has designed a project that combines professionalism with a warm and serene atmosphere. The interior has been conceived as a calming workspace where materials and colours blend perfectly. The choice of tactile finishes and a soft, welcoming colour palette helps to create an environment that immediately puts both staff and visitors at ease.
To create this warm base, Crustal was chosen in a bespoke shade: Buttermilk (5 per cent texture), topped with a coat of enamel (2.5 per cent). Crustal is a versatile material that gives the painter the freedom to customise the texture as they wish. Whether it’s a refined ‘even’ finish or a more pronounced and rich texture, such as a wood or volcanic effect. In this project, the subtle, layered texture in the warm ‘Buttermilk’ shade provides a welcoming backdrop, where the soft beige hue lends the office space both serenity and character.
